Covid19 Vaccine Available in April

The Tennessee Health Department will be providing the Covid-19 Moderna vaccine to CHA residents in April. This is voluntary if you are interested in receiving the vaccine.

Vaccinations will be held in the community room of the Cleveland Housing Authority.

For any resident age 65 and over who is interested in taking the vaccine please call the office by Thursday April 1, 2021, so we can coordinate with the TN Health Dept on the date and time of the vaccination.

We need to be sure enough vaccinations are available; therefore, your name must be on the list prior to the deadline.

A letter will be sent to those residents who have signed up to let you know of the date and time of your vaccination. Please call the office if you have any questions.
