SUBJECT: CHA 2023 Agency Plan Update & RAD Conversion Update

This memo is to provide you with advance notice that we will hold Resident meetings to review and discuss the Cleveland Housing Authority 2023 Agency Plan and 5 Year Capital Plan and provide an update on our RAD conversion from the Public Housing Program to Project Based Rental Assistance.

We plan to hold two (2) resident meetings at CHA Main Office at 450 Walker Street NE, Cleveland, Tennessee:

1. Wednesday, March 15, 2023 in the Community Room at 10:00am.

2. Wednesday, March 15, 2023 in the Community Room at 4:00pm.

All attendees will be required to wear a mask and cooperate and observe the seating arrangement which promotes social distancing.  The meetings will last approximately 1 hour including a time for question and answer.

We will have your new Lease (PBRA) ready to sign, please call the office to let us know you plan to attend and will be available to sign your new lease.
