Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Applications: Opening of Waitlist (Limited)

FOR PUBLIC NOTICE:

The Cleveland Housing Authority announces the opening of the Housing Choice Voucher wait list beginning Tuesday August 1, 2023 and will accept a maximum of fifty (50) pre-applications at which time, the waitlist will immediately close until further notice.

TUESDAY, AUGUST 1, 2023 at 8:00am.

All interested persons must apply online.  Walk-ins or hand delivered pre-applications will not be accepted. 

Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements to be admitted to CHA's rental assistance programs.

CHA's programs are voluntary in nature and have strict eligibility requirements which include, but are not limited to, verification of income and previous rental history.  All applicants are subject to complete criminal background checks as part of the eligibility processing.
